![]() Nitro-feuled just an unfair difficulty setting that chooses to ignore the original's programming. Like when they lazily make a shooter more difficult by turning down your damage and upping the enemy's health. So no, I don't think it's because you're a bad player, I think it's really hard because the programmers just lazily turned up the difficulty by making all the other racers much faster than you on Hard mode. And you know what? I took 1st in EVERY SINGLE RACE! And I checked my old save, I had a Star for hard mode on ALL of the cup races! I even handicapped myself by not warming up on the 20 year old controls and ONLY using the D-pad! And I should be able to do this because I've had this damn game memorized since I was 8! So today I fired up the ol' PS3 and tried the Wumpa Cup on hard difficulty. ![]() However, I own the original CTR for the ps1, and I just completed the game last year before I got the remake. I thought this was unreasonably difficult, searched online for help, and found the usual "GIT GUD!" crap people saying I'm just a shit player, that I'm not boosting right, I have to memorize the course better. Just like you I decided to try the Hard difficulty for adventure mode and I was having to get all the fruit, hit all the boxes, and boost as mush as possible and the highest I placed was 6th. Finally, items from each of the eight CTR Nitro-Fueled Grand Prix seasons will also reappear and rotate through the Pit Stop.I know this is post old, but I needed to confirm something. Players who have unlocked the old version of Rilla Roo will automatically get "Fixed Rilla Roo" while being able to keep the old one. ![]() Another update was released after the final Grand Prix to add back all remaining limited content as well as new ones. They each featured a theme and lasted around a month, spanning from July 2019 to March 2020. ![]() Due to popular demand, Beenox is rewarding players with a new version of Rilla Roo, dubbed "Fixed Rilla Roo", who will be in the Pit Stop rotation for players who haven't unlocked him yet.
